We all know that getting exercise is important, but most of us don’t have the time to complete a full work out each day. Between working, taking care of our families, maintaining hobbies, and keeping a happy home, exercise can easily find it’s way to the back burner.

But getting necessary exercise doesn’t have to be difficult. Here are eight simple changes you can make to get more movement in your day!

1. Take the Stairs
When an elevator is nearby, it is so easy to ride it to whatever floor you’re going to. Unless it’s necessary, try to take the stairs instead.

Even if you need to get to the tenth floor or higher, at least take the stairs for a flight or two before hopping on the elevator. Anytime you run into a flight of stairs, opt to walk up them instead of taking the easy way.
